None of us go to conferences to listen to people on stages mostly saying shit we already know.
The most enjoyable parts of the conference are always the awesome two-or-more-way conversations, the people, and the smaller events such as dinners and after-parties.
That's why we won't be doing conferences, but alignment events - which are more like team-building for remote-work-friends and people who don't yet know each other.
