This week has been an exciting 1 for us, as we begin conceptualizing and finalizing some of the details that would define our product direction for the next 4 weeks and beyond 🚀.

What did you accomplish since your last update?

⭐ Added 3 new members to the team: Gibson will be helping us understand our users' needs and feedback, and Annie and Spencer will be helping us build the product!

Conceptualized our design system and began finalizing the look-and-feel

• Finished cleaning up some pesky bugs we had leftover from the hackathon and released Build 1.0 for Mesh! You can download it for macOS here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tkufygkijkzz1x4/mesh terminal-1.0.0.dmg?dl=0
• Charted out the technical road-map, which included the breaking up of workstreams and a plan to onboard developers who have expressed interest in contributing to Mesh

What do you plan to do in the coming days?

• Start chipping away items from our technical roadmap based on our designs to begin moving Mesh to a more mature state
  • Implement the new UI based on finalized design specs
  • Implement new shortcuts
  • We've all put our hands up for work items and we basically run in 0.5 week sprints
• Onboard our 2 new developers and add 3 more over the next week
• Continue talking to users to better understand needs and refining our product: our goal is to get to 15 active users in our community by next update!
