By downloading or using Merge Factory (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to play Merge Factory on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
• Modify or redistribute the App without permission.
• Use it for commercial or malicious purposes.

3. In-App Purchases

Merge Factory offers optional in-app purchases (IAPs).

• All transactions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and may be restored via “Restore Purchases”.
• No refunds are handled directly by us; contact Apple Support for billing issues.
