These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CSB LLC governing your use of the MenuScore application. By downloading, installing, or using MenuScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms include an arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 18. Please read that section carefully as it affects your legal rights.
By accessing or using the MenuScore mobile application (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users in all countries and territories where the App is made available.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and that your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of that organization.
CSB LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the App following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
MenuScore is a personalized restaurant menu scoring application that helps users identify meal options aligned with their self-reported fitness goals, dietary preferences, and body metrics. The App provides:
MenuScore is an informational tool only. It is not a medical application, a nutritional counseling service, or a substitute for professional dietary advice. All scores, rankings, and recommendations generated by the App are derived entirely from the information the user provides and from publicly available nutritional data. MenuScore does not independently determine what any individual should eat.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MenuScore. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
