Scope
Applies to all price, item, modifier, allergy, and description updates for food and beverage menus.
Roles
- Owner or GM: Approves final menu and pricing
- Kitchen Lead: Confirms recipes, build sheets, station setup
- Bar Lead: Confirms specs and modifiers
- MoD: Oversees day‑of rollout and escalation
When
- Schedule changes outside of service. Target morning or post‑close.
- Avoid Fridays and peak events unless urgent.
Safety and Critical Checks
- Verify allergens and dietary flags before publishing
- Confirm POS taxes, coursing, and printer routing
- Reboot terminals if changes do not appear
