What are we doing?

Skill Embassy builds trust by learning, empowers and connects aspiring technologists through collaboration to ship products.

Basically, we put motivated folks in agile groups in order to develop and launch a real product within weeks across product management, conception and development. It is meant to simulate the actual work environment in a supportive and educational environment so participants may get a taste of what the role really is.

Why are we doing what we are doing?

It's difficult to break into and excel in technology. And if you transition your career or come in without your standard college graduate, it's especially difficult. The lack of the right network and support is a huge obstacle for many people to get into and feel like they are part of the industry. For nearly all our participants this is the case.

We want to empower and trust students, just as they themselves, and the unique experiences they have brought about, to make an absolute difference.
