Each hackathon team will be supported by dedicated mentors with expertise in data, technology, environment, or innovation, as relevant to your solution. Mentoring is designed to help you shape your idea, troubleshoot challenges, and improve your final solution and pitch.

πŸ“ Step 1 – Submit Your Group Composition & Idea

Before we assign mentors, each team must submit a Group Details Document that includes:

πŸ“… Deadline to submit: 29 July COB

This helps us match your team with the most suitable mentor group based on your topic, approach, and needs.

πŸ“† Weekly Mentor Check-Ins

Mentors will meet with your group once a week to provide structured feedback and answer questions. There will be a minimum of 4 groups per mentoring session, which allows for other hackathon participants to also provide feedback.

Sessions are short and focused - use them to get clarity, test ideas, and refine your solution.
