This rulebook outlines the expectations and responsibilities of mentors guiding trainees through company training and release. The goal is to create consistency, accountability, structure, and confidence while helping trainees move efficiently through training and into field.

Mentors are responsible for helping trainees stay engaged, stay on track, and properly prepare before release.

Core Mentor Philosophy

The pace at which a trainee gets released is 100% dependent on:

Your role as a mentor is not to carry trainees through training.

Your role is to:

✅ Guide ✅ Correct ✅ Support ✅ Answer questions ✅ Hold accountability ✅ Build confidence through repetition

The trainee must still do the work themselves.
