Whether you're facing a physical or mental challenge — small or big — a major life event or change in circumstances, we want to support you.

What's more, we never want people to be worried about serious personal issues affecting their work life. Life happens; and we never want people to feel at risk in their job because of significant personal/health issues.

At Impala we believe that anyone who cannot perform to the best of their ability, due to physical or mental health issues, should be supported.

We will work with you on reasonable adjustments to get you to ease back into working as is fitting.

First Steps

<aside> 💟 Your manager will advise the Head of People. Outside of Tilly and your manager, this will be entirely confidential by default.

<aside> 💟 Your manager and/or Tilly can work with you to come up with a tailored copy and recovery scheme. This will take into account cause and/or effects of any health issues and align with available resources to help you cope.
