Who we are and what this agreement does

The following terms and conditions of use, together with all other policies and documents referenced herein, constitute a binding legal agreement between Mendü Wellbeing Limited (company number 12257276) (also referred to as "Mendü" or "we"), whose registered address is 63 Reedham Close, London, United Kingdom, N17 9PX and you, governing your access to and use of our website, emails/newsletters and mobile applications ("App") (together our "Services"), including any supplements or updates to them.

The terms of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to your use of Mendü. We may change these Terms (or our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) from time to time.

These Terms apply to both unregistered users and to users registering accounts through Mendü.

Your privacy

We only use any personal data we collect through your use of the App and the Services in the ways set out in our privacy policy.

Please be aware that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that  any message or information you send using the App or any Service may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.

Third Party Platform terms also apply

The Service may be dependent on and/or interoperate with third-party owned and/or operated platforms and services, e.g. Apple AppStore and Google Play Store (each, a “Third Party Platform”) and may require that you be a registered client of such Third Party Platforms and provide certain account credentials and other information in order to access the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with any applicable terms, conditions or requirements promulgated by any provider of a Third Party Platform.

The ways in which you can use the App may also be controlled by the Apple AppStore's rules and policies and Apple AppStore's rules and policies will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.

Operating system requirements

Our App requires an apple or android device with a minimum of 42MB of memory and the operating system iOS 10 and Android 5 and above.
