Process

For both Builders and Champions, there is a 3 step process:

1. Read onboarding documentation

   • Our website

   • Document that covers our core offerings (already exists)

     1

   • Overview of working groups (needs to be created)

2. Attend live orientation
   • There will be 3 live sessions to accommodate time zones
3. Sign up for a working group
   • They will choose 1 working group to join, if they are superstar contributors after a couple of months and want to do more they can explore joining a second one

This onboarding process will happen over a two-week span, from July 1st to July 15th.

Send onboarding email with all info to new members

July 1, 2022 → July 15, 2022

Members complete onboarding

July 18, 2022
