Goal

這份文件的目的是解答新同仁到職第一個月內會遇到的各種問題。如果你發現漏掉什麼了，歡迎幫忙補上，並且更新最上方的日期。如果要大量修改內容，請先在 Slack #general 頻道詢問。

Before onboarding

我們目前使用 Notion 作為文件管理系統。在到職前，我們會分享一份 onboarding checklist 到你的個人 email 帳號。如果你覺得上面有缺漏的項目，歡迎協助更新，讓下一位員工的到職流程更順暢。

Employee Benefits

• 每四週最低工時 128 小時，每日正常工時不超過10小時，時間可彈性調整。
• 到職第 1 到 3 年，享特休 15 日。到職第 4 年起，每年增加特休 1 日，到 30 日為止。
