We are looking for someone to empower our members and coaches to thrive on Mento. Your day to day will focus on building relationships with our members and coaches, and be their main point-of-contact. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, early-stage startup, where you'll be able to get in on the ground floor, help create systems and processes and impact the direction of our member experience and community. You'll report directly to our Head of Community, and collaborate closely with our Coaching Ops team. This role is fully remote, starting at about 30 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full time position.
