That’s how we curate the Mafia. We don’t dictate categories or verticals. We back visionary builders and let them lead, trusting that their individuality will collectively form the MegaETH identity.

The first Mafia experiment began in Berlin, a month-long builder residency set against street art, techno, and chaos. We rented out a small hotel, a WeWork with free coffee and dogs, and spent every waking hour cooking.
The idea was simple:
“Let’s max cook in May — work from Sunday to Friday, have dinner every night, hit the farmer’s market on weekends, and dance till dawn.”
This experiment couldn’t have gone better, and hence, we decided to do it again, and again.
Every location gave the Mafia a new rhythm. Mornings blurred into workshops. Afternoons into debugging sprints. Nights into debates about architecture, token design, and human coordination.
These offsites have since become the lifeblood of the MegaMafia, high-bandwidth, high-empathy environments where ideas grow faster and conviction compounds.
