As a general rule, we try to limit the recurring meetings that are mostly updates to get everyone on the same page (we prefer asynchronous communication for that) and prefer scheduling ad-hoc meeting when there's something concrete to discuss.

The only regular meetings everyone have in their calendar is our all-hands meeting (almost) every Wednesday at 11:30 swiss time.

The first Wednesday of each month is a Product Update by Pascal, the second of each month is a Key Performance Indicator Update by Fran├žois. The two or three other Wednesdays in the month are "open-slots" for which anyone in the team can suggest a topic or make a presentation.

Some teams have other regular meetings (the Product team as a monthly meeting, the Dev team a weekly meeting) which are aimed at coordinating our work and in which we try to do more discussions and less updates.
