• Mitchell approved the budget for this project
• Ginny made a decision on design resource to work with
  • We’ll be working with Sebastian Graz. He’ll be sending the contract today or tomorrow. He’d also be open to the possibility of continuing work / keeping him as a retainer after the completion of this first part.
• We clarified the reasoning behind the scope, deadline, and brand priorities of this project:
  • Deadline: Lots of ecosystem events happening in September, it’d be good to have the brand update by then
  • Given this deadline, the update will be progressive, hence the limited scope (brand guidelines + homepage). After this first stage, we’ll have the possibility to keep working on updating the rest of assets/brand touchpoints
  • Brand priorities: sBTC placeholder seems to be sufficient for now, September will be a dev-launch, and the actual launch is in December.
