The App is developed and operated by our company. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our website's contact form. We typically respond within 10 business days and can accommodate inquiries in both English and Japanese.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our meetup coordination features, we collect certain information as described below.

2.1 Location Information

To enable the core location-sharing functionality of the App, we collect your device's latitude and longitude using GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular tower information. This location data may be collected both while you're actively using the App and in the background. Background collection allows you to continue sharing your location with meetup participants even when using other apps or when your screen is locked. Location updates occur approximately every 5-10 seconds, though the frequency may vary depending on your movement patterns.

2.2 Device Information

We collect a device-specific identifier to identify you within the App. This is Apple's "identifierForVendor," which is unique to our App. This identifier cannot be used by other apps or third parties to track you across different applications. We may also collect your device name as configured in your device settings for display in the participant list.

2.3 User-Provided Information

You will be asked to set a nickname that will be displayed to other participants in your meetup sessions. When creating a meetup, you'll also provide information such as the meeting location and time.

2.4 Purchase Information

While the App offers in-app purchases such as Basic and Premium plans, all payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store. We never directly collect or store your credit card or banking information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

The primary purpose of data collection is to provide meetup coordination features. Your location information is shared in real-time with other participants in the same meetup session. This allows participants to view each other's locations on a map, calculate distances to the destination, estimate arrival times, and see whether participants are moving, stationary, or have already arrived at the destination.

3.2 Session Management

We use your information to authenticate participants using invitation codes, manage participant counts, and handle session creation and termination.
