We’re a team of 5 volunteers. Our experience ranges from sustainable food sourcing, to research, to sustainability leads within FMCG brands.

• Benjamin: Passionate about food waste, Ben is a Sustainable Food Sourcing Coordinator and Writer at the beloved City Harvest London.
• Emma: Sustainability Manager at the brilliant Butternut Box, Emma knows exactly what it’s like to the be solo sustainability hire in a rapidly growing company.
• Philippa: A linguistics and communication whizz, Pippa has lent her skills everywhere from wildlife centres to climate communities to tech startups, and currently works at Rotamap Ltd.
• Ruby: If anyone in the team knows the day-day hard work that goes into building a Food & Drink SME, it’s Ruby. Previously Brand & Commercial Manager at Curd & Cure and A Little Bit Food Co, Ruby is now Sustainability Coordinator at Belazu Ingredient Company.
• Leone: On a mission to connect the dots of climate action, Leone was Sustainability Lead at TENZING Natural Energy and Community Lead at Low Carbon Business School. Now Head of Community at MCJ Collective.
