When I am given a task, I strive to understand the desired outcome and set goals accordingly. For instance, if tasked with creating a content calendar for a tech company, I would begin by researching social media content that has been posted by similar companies in the past few months. This allows me to get a better understanding of what has done well and what hasn't. From there, I develop relevant content ideas based on my research and experiment using A/B testing to see which types of content resonate best with the target audience. Finally, I implement these changes and ensure that the task is completed as efficiently as possible. This approach ensures that the desired outcome is achieved with greater efficacy than if I had acted without conducting research.
