MedSync is a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed to address Nigeria's critical challenges of fragmented healthcare data. It enables authorized clinicians, patients, and medical staff to securely access and share patient records across facilities, helping ensure continuity of care, especially during emergencies and inter-hospital referrals.
