This summer we are going to learn all about the meals Jesus had in the gospel of Luke. Each family will receive a devotional starting on Sunday, June 13th. Our goal for Chapel Kids is to provide parents with the tools and resources to disciple their children throughout the week. This is especially true while we are in the process or rolling out in person classes once again. Parents are, and will always be, the main source of discipleship to their children. Our hope and prayer is to help equip you in this journey. To do that we wanted to give you a book to use this summer. The book is designed to last 9 weeks, but let's be honest, it will probably take us all summer! Our plan is to have the series last through August. Here's a sample schedule, don't feel pressure to follow it.
June 13th - Start the devotional. First meal is focused on Lunch with Levi. Read days 1-4 in the devotional. Kids will receive a packet with coloring pages and activities in their boxes on Sunday, June 13th. The Podcast that correlates is called 'Meals with Jesus #1 - Lunch with Levi.

June 20th - This week kids will receive a special gift to make for dad in their boxes. A fun podcast to listen to this week is called Traveling with Jesus #1 - A River. This podcast doesn't correspond with the devotional but talks about Matthew 3:13-17, when Jesus traveled to a river.
