Marinade
✅ Instructions
- Add vinegar and salt to boiling water, then cook the eggs for 7 minutes (which is the perfect time to make soft boiled eggs). Transfer them to an ice bath and let them cool.
- While the eggs are chilling, chop the onion, green onion, Korean green pepper, and red chili.
- In a container, combine vegetables, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water.
- Peel the eggs and place them into the marinade.
- Close the lid and let the eggs rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve with hot rice and kimchi, and make sure you don’t get addicted!
