  • quite a few folks seeking assistance running the BTC recovery script

    • script to recover deposits that could not be minted
      • the most common reason is not meeting the 0.01 BTC deposit min
    • script requires Linux environment for easiest execution

  • Several support requests were centered around staking and decreasing authorization and unstaking

    • these requests consumed more time than other types of support requests because I needed to hunt down their stake configuration as they were non-standard

  • rearranged categories in Discord as requested by RC

  • adapted ticketing system to include other categories as requested by RC

  • made changes to roles to reflect changes in Threshold

    • Threshold Council → Threshold Committee
    • remove sunset committee roles
      • marketing guild committee
      • integrations guild committee
      • treasury guild committee
    • deleted roles without members

  • fine-tunes discord automod ↔Sapphire interactions

  • enabled users in tickets channel to post screenshots w/o needing to earn “Links” role

  • combating scammers, deleting scam posts as they occur, reviewing join logs and deleting scammers using known naming conventions or are flagged by discord
