• Generated 58 of 58 non-homepage replacement assets.
• Excluded the 2 homepage rows because homepage changes require explicit approval.
• Reused the 6 previously approved test-batch images where matching.
• Retried and fixed the one commercial-truck hero false-positive generation failure with safer wording.
• Converted all outputs to WebP at responsive dimensions.
• Created a full contact sheet for visual review.
• Mirrored the results CSV to Google Sheets.

Speed QA

• Hero images: 29 total, 1600x900 WebP, median 157 KB, max 244 KB.
• Featured images: 29 total, 1200x800 WebP, median 89 KB, max 154 KB.
• All 58 assets passed the configured speed caps: 250 KB for hero, 160 KB for featured.
• Based on generated asset dimensions and file sizes, these should maintain or improve image load weight versus oversized/unoptimized replacements, assuming normal cache and srcset behavior after deployment.
