Heads (cranium) would be bigger, bone density loss which would favor people with thicker bone density and higher bone mass, we might develop cardiovascular problems and would grow taller/stronger to compensate that problem over time. Because of the solar radiation, we would develop an orange hue. Do to Mars being far from Earth it is likely that people on Mars would have bigger eyes. The best day on mars is like a cloudy day here on Earth. People on Mars will have a larger chest. The first people to inhabit Mars would live in stations under and above ground for hundreds of years before being able to somewhat live in the environment of Mars without special protection.
