At any moment, you can pick up on the vibes and decide to lead or follow. It’s a choice that’s up to you. Sense tension and opportunity, and respond. If you see something, say something.
Marley’s List is a place to collect and track what the collective attention is noticing. If you sense tension or opportunity in a system, workflow, governance process, new projects, ideas, anything at all really: WRITE IT DOWN.
The person who senses the tension does not need to be the one to solve it. Anyone can create a proposed solution for any of the opportunities on Marley’s List. Form a squad around a complex topic, reach out to subject matter experts or other guilds. Proposals will be addressed in appropriate working groups: governance opportunities in governance calls, project opportunities in project team sync meetings.
