What is boost?

Boost is your own personal fitness coach. With only your smartphone boost tracks your body pose while working out to count your repetitions, correct your form and keep you motivated with the occasional pep talk along the way. But see (or try!) for yourself

Why boost?

Physical inactivity is on the rise. 1 in 4 people worldwide are considered physically inactive, which is one of the biggest risk factors for death worldwide as it is the leading cause for Cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 Diabetes, types of Cancer, Depression and more.

But the real problem is not access to exercise but having the motivation to start working out, finding the time and sticking to it.

This is why i (Maximilian Körner) built boost: To bring the best possible version of working out with a personal trainer to everybody with a smartphone - at a fraction of the cost.

About the opportunity

I'm looking for a smart and creative team, that is eager to find new ways of showing boost to the world. You will take over the marketing and social media efforts of boost and find the most promising way of promoting the app. Additionally identify possible shortcomings in product-market-fit and suggest improvements for future product development. Be part and help preparing and executing the upcoming launch on ProductHunt in August.
