The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to manage multiple workflows across various teams externally and internally.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the internal teams to expand Pipe’s reach in the UK. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, highly data focused and experienced in building a UK marketing strategy while collaborating with US counterparts. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with the VP of Marketing and Communications to set and execute an integrated marketing plan that tailors programs and themes to drive regional impact. You should be well-organized, have experience driving cross-functional marketing programs, integrated campaigns, and be current with the latest in FinTech, in the region. You should be comfortable working with sales teams, executives, and global counterparts.
Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative. Internally you will work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ideate, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns intended to drive integrations, new user acquisition, repeat usage, total traded volume, and increase lifetime value. You should feel comfortable thinking across several different product categories and have a deep understanding of financial services.
