🧩 Responsibilities
- Own driver acquisition funnel across digital and offline channels
- Manage performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, local platforms)
- Plan and execute offline campaigns (street teams, hubs, partnerships)
- Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and activation metrics
- Local market adaptation of global brand guidelines
- Work closely with Operations teams
- Manage agencies and local marketing coordinators

- Cost per activated driver
- Funnel conversion rates (lead → active)
- Volume of onboarded drivers
- ROI of campaigns by channel
🧠 Requirements
- 3–5 years in performance or growth marketing (Big Tech)
