Hyli is building the blockchain that will unlock the next generation of apps. We’re launching a variety of apps that leverage the Hyli infrastructure to show that the tech works and increase real-world usage.
Your role is about growth, campaigns, and strategy: decide where to focus, shape positioning, run marketing campaigns, experiment, analyze results, and scale what works to attract real users. You’ll be the person who tells us what content, channels, and experiments are worth doing, and then drives them forward directly or with freelancers.
This role is based in Paris, France. You can either work from our office or work remotely and visit the office every few weeks.
You drive adoption for our apps. That means positioning them clearly, bringing them to market, and making sure people actually use them. You’ll look for opportunities and test new ideas to find what clicks. And you’ll make sure Hyli is in the right place, with the right message, at the right time.
You’ve already demonstrated your ability to drive adoption (especially in fintech, consumer apps, or Web3) and are excited to do it again in an innovative space.
You’re comfortable switching between strategy and execution: one minute shaping positioning and product-market fit, the next launching a campaign or trying a new growth experiment.
You move quickly, rely on data, and view startup chaos as an opportunity to act. You take initiative without waiting to be told, while still collaborating and bringing others along with you.
