We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our marketing, communications, and external profile.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys building visibility, creating compelling content, and driving engagement across multiple channels. The successful candidate will lead marketing activities from planning through to execution, helping position the company as a recognised leader within its sector.

Whilst experience within the critical minerals, manufacturing, engineering, battery, or sustainability sectors would be beneficial, we are equally interested in candidates who have successfully marketed technical or specialist products and services and can quickly learn new subject matter.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and is comfortable working directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and deliver the company's marketing and communications strategy
• Create and maintain annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and industry visibility
• Track and report on marketing performance and key metrics
• Recommend new channels, campaigns, and initiatives to support business objectives

Content & Thought Leadership

• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Create articles, opinion pieces, case studies, and company updates
• Work with technical and operational teams to translate complex topics into accessible content
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities
• Support senior leadership in developing their personal and professional profiles

Public Relations & Media Outreach

• Identify and engage with relevant industry publications, magazines, podcasts, and media outlets
• Draft and distribute press releases and news announcements
