Beekeepers can add treatment strips inside a beehive section. We should allow to do this too

• change UI to allow adding treatment to a beehive section
  • show treatment strip in the UI
• add relevant graphql API to set and to read treatments tied to a section (box_id?)
• add relevant DB table, ex. treatments

  • treatment type
