The Mark app collects the following information:

• Task title, notes, due date, attached images
• App settings (language, display mode, app name)
• iCloud sync purchase status (StoreKit transactions)

The Mark app does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, location, or contacts.

• All data is stored in the user’s device’s local storage (SwiftData).
• When the iCloud sync feature is purchased, data is stored encrypted in the user’s personal iCloud account.
• No data is transmitted to our servers.

1. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Mark app does not sell or provide user data to third parties.

However, it uses the following services.

• Apple StoreKit — In-app payment processing
• Apple CloudKit — iCloud synchronization (upon purchase)
• Apple UserNotifications — Deadline notifications
