Mark Brand wanted to establish a strong online presence on TikTok, but he has no previous presence on the platform, hence he had to build the profile from ground-up to success.

I was the expert assigned to create and execute the TikTok strategy for this campaign, i was also saddled with the responsibility of writing TikTok scripts that generates real results!

Effective TikTok Strategy

By diligently analyzing Mark's target audience and their content preferences, I honed my strategy into a model centered around value creation. This encompassed the creation of video content that not only resonated with the intended audience but also bolstered the client's digital presence.

Through a series of innovative script experiments, blending education with engagement, I seamlessly melded informative and entertaining elements. This ingenious fusion led the target audience to absorb knowledge organically, all while enjoying the content.

Challenges

The toughest challenge we encountered was scaling up our process, being consistent and how to get things done faster. With Mark Brand, we didn’t want to come off as the regular motivational speaker, instead, we endeavored to project him as an affable and accomplished entrepreneur—a fervent mentor rather than a mere disseminator of motivation.

The Breakthrough

To be consistent and ensure there is a seamless transition of work between the script writer( I), Mark Brand and the video editing team. I Created the following:

  1. A meticulously curated weekly content calendar clearly outlined the contents that needs to be worked on. This tool consistently shielded us from creative stagnation. This resulted in expedited execution and seamless stream of captivating content.
  2. I created an excel sheet that shows the progress status of a task. This excel sheet was accessible to Mark and the Video editing team. Hence fostering transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
  3. I also created a google drive link, this collective archive emerged as a cornerstone for future reference and meticulous documentation.
