The magic happens when you frame the People Experience as a product and leverage interdisciplinary methodologies — co-designing, co-launching value-adding initiatives across the employee journey.

I also co-founded People Stories, a community of progressive and driven People people who are eager to learn and share to make the world of work a better place.
