We created this manual to help test users get started with Cuneflow. Cuneflow is designed for meeting notes, and we plan to update the software based on your feedback.

1. Pre-set for meeting note

Set Whether to Record When the Folio is Closed

Path：Settings-Personalization-Record While Screen is off If you turn this on, the recorder will continue working even when the folio is closed after you start a meeting. The indicator light will breathe as a notification. You'll need to stop the recording manually.

This feature is designed for scenarios where handwritten notes are not needed.

Set Whether to Automatically Record When Starting a Meeting

Path: Status Bar－Auto Record

If you turn this on, the recorder will start automatically when you begin a meeting. This saves you the preparation steps — enjoy a seamless meeting experience with just one tap. Transcription and AI Insights will run in the background.

If turned off, you can tap the Microphone icon to start recording manually at any time.

Import Files into Meetings

Visit https://transfer.cuneflow.com and upload your PDFs under Files. The PDF will sync to Cuneflow. Open it on your device, then tap the Meeting icon to start a meeting with the PDF loaded. You can also tap "Import PDF" to add files during an ongoing meeting.

Status Bar: Front Light, Refresh Mode & Pen Settings

Pull down from the upper-right corner to bring up the Status Bar:

• Front Light — Adjust the brightness level from 0 to 24.

• Three Refresh Modes — A display trade-off between line quality and refresh rate.
