Overview

The Partner Balance page lets you view your current available balance in USDT and request withdrawals to your wallet address.

Withdrawals are reviewed and executed manually by the SwapDuck B2B team. Each request has a 24-hour grace period during which it can be cancelled.

What you see on the page

1) Current USDT balance

At the top of the page you will see your current USDT balance.

• This is the amount currently available for withdrawal.
• If you have pending withdrawals, your available amount may differ from your expected total until the request is processed.

2) Withdrawals list (history)

The page includes a list of your withdrawals.

Typically, each row shows:

• Date and time the request was created
• Amount (USDT)
• Withdrawal address

Use this list to:

• Confirm that a new request was created successfully
• Reference past payouts for accounting and reconciliation

Requesting a withdrawal

To request a new withdrawal, fill in the withdrawal form and submit it.
