Purpose: Prepare managers to lead AM/PM shifts, uphold standards, and escalate correctly.
Duration: Est. 2–3 weeks.
Core Responsibilities
- [ ] Fix POS errors when they occur
- [ ] Handle guest issues with calm, solution-first communication
- [ ] Jump in to run food and support the floor during peaks
- [ ] Maintain shift pacing and standards at the pass
- [ ] Communicate 86s and menu changes to FOH and BOH
- [ ] Ensure safety, cleanliness, and closing standards are met
