When your Workspace is ready (in the Running
state), you will be able to access it. You can go to your Workspaces page and connect to your Workspace :
You session is getting ready and in a few minutes, you should be connected to your Workspace.
If you already have a running session, you will be able to join it immediately, and to launch it in the local app as well.
<aside> 💡 Note that when you are disconnected, a session will wait for you for 15 minutes before shutting down.

When you enter your session, you will be able to open a streaming toolbar by clicking on the ⚙️
button on the right side of your screen.
Open in the local app: Will open your session in your local NICE DCV app
Fullscreen: To set the streaming window in a full screen mode.
Sound: To activate or not sounds coming from the session.
Microphone: To activate or not the session's microphone.
File management: Will open the file manager, allowing you to upload files to your streaming session
Back to dashboard: Will send you back to the Flaneer webapp.
End my session: Will shutdown your session.
Mouse - Gaming Mode: Will enter the streaming gaming mode (full screen and relative mouse!)
Troubleshooting: Will open a windows menu, allowing you to open the tasks manager for example.
Use Command as Ctrl: If you are a MacOS user, will consider that your Command keystroke is a windows Ctrl keystroke.
By opening the toolbar and clicking on the Open file manager
button, you will be able to upload files to your streaming session. Those files will be uploaded on the SSD of your Flaneer Machine.
You can access your cloud files under the U:
(or CloudFiles
) path.
These files are the same than in the How to manage your Files? page, imagine them as a Flaneer Drive, shared across our webapp and all of your streaming sessions.
