In the bottom of the dashbaord, you can find the “Add folder” button. Click on it and name your folder, then click on “Create”
Once you created a folder, you can drag and drop chatrooms into that folder to easily categorize your chatrooms.
If you need to add tags to the chatroom, click on the more icon beside the chatroom and find “Tag”.
With tags, you will be able to add notes and let other agents understand what the chatroom is about in a glance.
