Manage the questions that will be sent to the attendees. Two hours after the event, participants will receive an email asking them to give a score and provide their feedback.

From Admin dashboard, go to Events. Click on the event name dropdown button +Manage.

Go to Feedback and NPS to send a feedback form to the attendees. You can Enable or disable this feature.

This is how Feedback and NPS will be displayed after being submitted by attendees. Organizers can download that list on an excel sheet by clicking on the right side arrow.
