
Overview
What: A profit calculator experience that lets dropshippers simulate pricing scenarios and understand profitability before spending money on ads.
Why: Pricing decisions were being made with spreadsheets or trial-and-error, in an ecosystem where RTO and hidden costs can wipe out margins.
Outcome: A simplified, trustable calculator embedded at high-intent moments (PDP + push-to-Shopify flow), used by both dropshippers and internal teams. ~80% of active dropshippers adopted the new pricing calculator within 3 weeks of launch
