MainPartner onboarding currently requires multiple manual touchpoints (calls, chats, and follow-ups), resulting in:
- Inefficiency and inconsistent partner experience.
- High dependency on individual PICs for coordination.
- Longer go-live time from initial lead to operational center.
**Goal:**Streamline the onboarding process into a low-touch, standardized, and scalable system that ensures compliance and readiness with minimal manual involvement.
Audience Persona
- Property owners (house, ruko, apartment) with idle assets.
- Passive investors looking for passive/autopilot investment. [Example: Bu Anchi]
- Busy traditional business entrepreneurs looking for passive/autopilot businesses and have an interest in social impact. [Example: Miss Jecqueline]
Pass/Fail Criteria
P0 Metrics
- 70-80% of new MainPartners onboarded via low-touch flow (landing page → Day 0) with 100% compliance in renovation, legal, and training checklists.
- MainPartner setup-to-opening duration ≤ 4 weeks.
Guardrail Metrics
- Candidate satisfaction score ≥ 8/10. Use exit interview as feedback materials
