If you share a link restricted, we will collect the email thread's subject line and your Name so we can present this information to people who click on your shared link so they can see this link comes from a trusted source.
If you share a link domain-wide or publicly, we will additionally collect the thread's content so people can view the shared email without having to log into their email account.
