Entrance: Accessible entrances are located at 8 Penn on 33rd Street and 8th Avenue, or at Chase Square on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets. [1]

Sensory Room(s): Madison Square Garden has partnered with KultureCity to improve the ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags, containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for rent at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Services Office located outside of Section 117. [2]. During public events, subject to availability, guests may visit the Aaron & Samantha Judge Sensory Room located on the 9th floor suite level. Please visit a guest experience booth (located outside of sections 117, 206 & 328) for assistance and more information.  A representative will be required to escort guests to the space. [2]

Listening Tools: Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs). which operate on the FM system, and neck loops for guests with telecoil-equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants are complimentary and available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please visit the Guest Services Office outside section 117 on the Infosys Concourse (sixth floor) or the Guest Experience Podium outside of the Hub Loft/Section 206 next to the Tower D elevators upon arrival to arrange for an ALD and neck loop. Collateral, such as a driver’s license or credit card, is required to borrow the devices and will be exchanged at the end of the event. [3]. The following locations are equipped with Audio Induction Loops: Windows 4 and 14 at the Box Office and the Guest Services Office outside section 117 on the Infosys Concourse (sixth floor). [3]
