an event is whatever you want to track (it can be clicks, views scroll down or other) it is the element that you want to keep track of (if it happened, how many times, prom which page it happened and other )
the KPIs that have been defined and approved are the green one here in this page , on this page we make suggestions and consider them and approve them the process is colorcoded, once the KPIs have been approved they are organised and added to the dashboard template here. Currently the KPI in green are the one that we wanted to have (or try to have) for the launch this overview page could also be helpful to understand our current status
This question is not as easy to answer before working on them and looking at how the product and the script has been implemented. For example technically the easyest type of of event there is is page view but in our case I can see it be one of the most comlicated, another element that can make a tag comlex is if we need it to transfer additional data to GA than just the event value for which we would need data layers and some more personalised settings in GA
Yes we can but we need to know what will be available and what not for the soft launch and look back at aour goals and see what we want to prioritise
it is important to remeber that whatever is not being tracked in GTM and GA that data is lost and we can't get it back it means we would have incomlete data for data models and evaluations which will impact many considerations about grouth and the product in general. So we must make sure that we track at least the essential elements that we will need later one for these purposes
