Phase 0: Hackathon (Days 1–3)

Goal

Prove the core search → evaluate experience end-to-end on seeded data.

Must-Have Features

1. Org Email Auth (basic)

• Sign up / sign in with organization email (domain allowlist), sign out, password reset.
• Protected routes for search/results/details.

1. Unified Grant Search (seeded)

• Keyword + basic NLQ (e.g., “K-3 literacy in MA over $50k due this month”).
• Filters: recency, amount range, geography/state, applicant type.
• Empty/error states; results ≤2s on seed.

1. Grant Details

• Title, funder, amount (min–max), deadline, geography, applicant type, description, source link.
• Back-to-results preserves query & filters.

Out of Scope

• Live scraping, advanced scoring, collaboration.
