1. Dial *170#
  2. Select option 6 (My Wallet)
  3. Select option 5 (Statements)
  4. Select option 1 (Statement Request)
  5. Select option 2 (Request for Statement)
  6. Enter your email address
  7. Enter start date of statement period (make sure this date is more than 6 months in the past)
  8. Enter end date (enter yesterday's date)

The statement will be sent to you after you've completed the payment (GHC 0.50) for this service. Once you've received the statement, you may go ahead and upload it in your Credit Locus loan application process.

Please note that this service is not available for merchant accounts.
