KAMEHAMEHA WARRIORS EDITION

An Activation Into Adulthood

Kūlia i ka nuʻu.

Strive for the summit.

Welcome, Warrior.

ʻAʻohe hana nui ke alu ʻia.

You are about to graduate.

You are stepping out of Kamehameha — and into a world where no one is going to hold you to a standard except you.

At Kamehameha, you have been surrounded by aloha, mālama, and kuleana. That is not just culture. That is Spirit.

This is not just a leadership challenge. This is your activation into adulthood.

This is about who you become when no one is watching.

A WORD FROM GUYTON

I am a Kamehameha Warrior. Class of 2004. Everything that is now The Guyton Institute — MEBSet, the Brotherhood I am building, the work I do with men and leaders across the world — has its roots in the hallways you walk right now.

On the field, I learned mind and body. At Kamehameha, hula woke up my emotion, and the hymns, the chapel, the stories of our kūpuna woke up my spirit. That is when everything changed.

I built this 7-day challenge for you because I know what is coming. The world outside is loud. It will try to tell you who you are. If you do not define yourself first — from Spirit down — it will define you for you.

You do not have to figure it all out today. You just have to show up for seven days and let the sequence do its work.
