- Blessing with the approach re having at least 1 person in the DAO/DevRel to be a specialist on certain SDKs, product, protocols
- Connecting DevRel to fulfilment partners and capturing costs
- what is the current plan for getting some of the revenue to DevRel for fulfilling the work on sponsor agreements
- are they doing this by estimated hours and an hourly rate
- or is it a % of the revenue coming in

- How are these two things going to co-exists? How do we make this decision?
- There is a lot of overlap with the fundraising operator and MBD work that is happening
- There seems to be some questions related to if we can enter into new partnerships without an update CoC and process for handling Violations
- Not clear on specific POCs for the MBD i.e. for each partner and who is leading it on our side
- What is the process for bringing in sponsors?
- Who can approach sponsors?
- Who choses which sponsors to partner with?
- How is that decision made: criteria and who is responsible for making that decision

- issue where we get guests post from sponsor but it’s not very well defined what should be written and we’re basically getting advertising pieces whereas we want education pieces
- need to work with MBD to clearly define what kind of content we’re looking for partners to produce
- Can we define better what this looks like?
- Is there a sponsor onboarding guide or any info shared after the sponsorships is agreed so the partners know what they need to do
